AG Tech Solutions provides web development and related digital services. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon prior to the start of work and documented in a separate project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and design deliverables created specifically for their project. AG Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

AG Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
